Bringing together expertise in HR, data and AI
I founded Humaze because I believe HR becomes stronger when HR expertise, data and AI genuinely come together. In practice, I still see these worlds operating too separately, even though that is exactly where organizations can make better choices and move faster.
With Humaze, I want to contribute to an HR profession that works more intelligently, is better informed and is better prepared for the future. Not by treating analytics or AI as goals in themselves, but by helping organizations better understand what people and teams need, where HR processes can improve and how insights can be translated into action, services and policy.
At the same time, I want to help HR shape the changes AI is bringing to work, roles and skills. That means not only exploring opportunities and designing useful applications, but also making sure adoption happens responsibly and works in practice.
Experience gained within and alongside organizations such as
